I recommend green juices or smoothies every day. Not only do they help detoxify your system, you are getting many phytonutrients and several servings of veggies and fruit a day, if you use fruit in your mix. While adding juice or smoothies into you routine is a great way to amp up your already healthy eating. If you choose a juice fast, I would recommend you first consult you primary care provider. Both Joe and Phil were under the care of medical professionals while juice fasting.
